Chito, correction siguro, once the car has Adaptive Cruise Control he has no long called Cruise Control. If the Vehicle that has Cruise Control or some called it conventional Cruise Control is has no Adaptive Cruise Control. (read the exact specs. with and without)

kapag ang car may Adaptive Cruise Control sure that car has a radar in front below the plate number as size of 3"x4" yan ang radar, in latest and advance they used "Lidar" pero sa FORD Territory titanium plus it is still "Radar" this radar has a capability to detect about 0-182 meters ahead of running vehicle in the road, this radar is not like environment sensors all around the car. ACC is free pedal function, meaning the driver never place his foot in any pedal (acceleration & brake) ACC will automatically operate to run and brake the vehicle. This Adaptive Cruise control is dependent only in front radar to send signal in the computer to generate the speed break which the will detect sent by Radar. and if the Car has an Adaptive Cruise Control automatically that vehicle will have the Autonomous Coalition Braking System (ACBS) for the Radar itself will send a signal to the computer system if the Radar will detect ahead of the object that will collide along the direction and if the driver could not apply a break the ACBS will trigger itself.
Ang Conventional Cruise Control (ACC) or some called Cruise Control (CC), has no radar to detect anything in front but rather to regulate the speed limit but the driver still need to place his foot in the acceleration pedal and even in brake, Cruise Control is only to control the speed limit alone.

Chi... im the owner of FT also nagamit ko rin ang ACC I just drove the FT for couple of weeks and leave.. hope maka bakasyun ako maka drive ako ulit.. thinking na ang ACC has the capability to stop itself kasi and ACC being handled by front radar (rectangle shape below the plate number) which the ABS autonomous break system operates by this radar. Kung ang ABS ma break nya ang FT in seconds how must more the visible car in front.
Is each fim other even old that te ACC can totally stop the car kung ang sasakyan sa harapan nag hip rin an in few seconds kappa ang sasakyn in front will resume to run the FT also will resume by itself on ACC mode.
Yun medyo maganda sana kung pag approach mo sa toll station di mo sya inaapakan ang break just put over the break pedal and ready to braek if the FT will not stop in ACC mode at ma discover nyo ang FT have the same capability in ACC mode with the other car with Adaptive Cruise Cntrl.. Salamat

Ang natutunan ko e, mas nakakapagod pa mag set at maintain ng adaptive cruise control kesa tumapak sa gas pedal. LOL
haha. minsan paps.. ganun nga. pero if tplex or sctex byahe.. masarap din adaptive.. ung mga mahaba byahe na highway..
pag naka ON o activate ang Adaptive Cruise Control at ni set mo sa 60 Khp , you dont have to turn it down kag may car ahead of you u sinusundan mo na mabagal kasi ang Adaptive will automatically reduce the speed of your car adapting the speed of the car ahead of you no need to put your foot on the break or in accelerator pedals just on hand the steering wheel.
Pero kung mag over take ka dahil sa subrang bagal sya rest assure na walang parating na car on the other lane bago ka mag labas sa left lane and your car will adapt the lane having no vehicle then the car will automatically accelerate according to the maximum limit to set kasi ang radar wala nakikita na vehicle in a distance you set as will, in some other way you can click your stoke upward to add more than the limit of your speed, kasi baka pag over takenyo.
without your expectation nag karira rin sya sayo and will not allow you to overtake.
All you have to do place your foot and touch softly brake pedalaccelerator

i suggest to download language conversion in your android phone and then when you will configurate the setting in the display your car display you will understand it and then you will able to select how to change the language of your display, Thanks

hi, you need to enable it manually. but once its enable you just need to step on brakes to disable it.

Sir I’ve tried your tutorial regarding ACC. Based from my experience na dedect nya yung point of reference sa harap na car (based on the indicator that can be seen sa dashboard) kaso pansin ko hindi sya adaptive sa speed nung reference car nya. For example nag reduce ng speed yung car sa harap from 80kph to 50kph, hindi nag slowdown si FT ko. Any advise on this?
sorry delayed reply. adaptive CC is on titanium model Plain CC only on trend. I assume u have adaptive it shoud match the speed the vehicle infront.

yes sir normal nya ito.. pansin masyado ang engine brake.

Sir. May question ulit ako. Tilt lang ba talaga ang adjustment ng steering wheel for FT Titanium? Tinry ko kasi iadjust, di nag tetelescope.

Depende po yan sa model ng Territory, ang may roon na tilt and telescope is the Titanium Plus only pero ang Territory trend Tilt lang walang telescope, but take not all were FORD TERRITORY, depende po either Titanium or Trend

ung lane departure warning po ba pag pinress mo sa console mag orange sya dba po? may lalabas din ba sa gauge/cluster na ilaw or icon na naka on sya?
meron sa cluster.. hindi iilaw.. may parang animation.. ung guhit na dalawa. parang gilid ng highway na drawing..

hello madam, kala try ko lng din nito. if naka enable ung Autobreak naten. then once nag park kayo.. then shifted the gear to P-park position, no need na to enable ebrake naten.. automatic nya na engage ang ebrake.
if mag park nman kayo and shifted gear to P, then you turn off the engine.. automatic mag enage ang ebrake..

Sir napansin ko lang po sa ford territory ko pag mejo mabilis na ang takbo ang infotainment hindi malaki or maliit yung windows tapos pag mejo bumagal nako saka mo lang sha magagalaw ulit.. Ganun po ba talaga sha?
pano po ung medyo maliit tsaka malaki. pero po pag umaadar po tayo nakalock specially ung mga settings.
cguro ang ibig sabihin nyo is hindi nyo mapaliit or mapalaki ung windows.. hindi ko pa na try ung gaano ka bilis sya hindi pwede ma adjust. pero sa akin if tumatakbo nman.. ginagamit ko ung home botton.. para mapaikot ko sa mga windows..

ung unit ko wala nman. sa iba may lumalabas errors paminsan minsan.. but not of concern nman. hindi nman titirik or masusunog sasakyan..

hindi pa paps, susubukan nten yan at mag update ako dito. tnx
nasubukan ko na to paps, efective sya. 30kph set speed. follow nya sa harap until stop. if less than 3 sec ang stop nung reference mag auto follow sya, if more than 3sec need mo resume.
