Always baffles me how 18 goals in 40 is considered good in the lower leagues. If your strikers are not scoring at least at goal per game pace, you’re not doing it right.
these vids are ok but you expecting way to much just by having the managers, if you wanted to see proper results you would bring the coaching teams with the managers so they actually start playing the way you would expect

Reputation doesn’t impact performance of their attributes, in fact with teams with the low reputation it changes nothing

When you view all the fixtures how do u get the tactics used to be displayed too or is that a skin?

Ngl I think this video would be way more entertaining if we could see highlights of certain matches
sadly with how FM sims forward unless you're managing a team involved in matches it doesn't cache their highlights to play back later
