Hello big bird..liked your review on the map keep net bar..I have one when I pull the extension bar out the map attachments for the keep nets doesn't fit on the narrower bar..or am I missing something
Great review bb, my preston accessory bar has seen better days, Will be buying one of those, It must be good with your enthusiasm, and the first time seal of approval, Enjoyed this review. I'm not throwing mine in a tree ,by the way😂.
@@kirkhogan2688 haha! Yeh, it wasn’t the best advice I’ve given on a review, but I’m sure you got the point 😆 I have been really impressed with it!! 👍🏻 BB
@@stormbringer3694 it’s not a bad tool bar buddy at all… it’s just that the MAP is my favourite of the lot… they all do the job, it’s just the fine margins 👍🏻 BB
@@malcolmrobinson1267 it was on offer at the time of filming, both Daz and I take a search on our phones… we filmed this around 4 weeks ago… the cheapest I’ve found today is £57.99 🫤 but, I’m sure it’ll be on offer again soon 👍🏻 I still think it’s great value at that price 👍🏻 BB
It still only holds 4 nets and what happens when you're hands are freezing cold. What happens when the quick release system gets clogged up with dirt. At least with the preston net bar the clips are easily undone.
@@paulcastle3757 I hear you Paul! The dirt situation is something we considered, but we genuinely didn’t feel the dirt would affect it, Daz has used the QRS for 18 months now and not had any issues with the springs or any dirt… the adjusters are really quite big and easy to unscrew in moving the placement of the nets… I’d have more concern turning the small screws to extend the Preston bar into its largest length with cold hands… and also have concerns about the ends popping out and having to feed it back into the bar, that’s if I’ve not dropped it into the lake already by overextending them… you’re right about the 4 nets, but I have to admit, that does most of us. I think the QRS system is as easy/if not easier than the Preston clips, but the build quality and design seems far superior to that of the Preston 👍🏻 great comment Paul 👍🏻 BB
@@herefishy-fishy-fishy hi Darren, we look on the day of filming for the lowest price and it was on offer a few weeks ago… both Daz and I can’t find it less than £55 today 🤦🏻♂️, but if it was £45 on offer on the day of filming, I’m sure it will pop up again at some point 😬 BB
Mine turned up last week. We need more BB!

My preston bar although good, slips and slides about,
Good review andy !
I don’t like my nets coming off the side . I always spin the Preston net attachments so my nets plug into the top . Just feels much stronger
I agree David, Daz and I both have ours facing up 👍🏻 BB
Morning BB
I should have waited recently changed from Preston’s tool bar to the new matrix mk2 tool bar

I was just about to buy the Preston as they have all the inserts fir different box legs.
But now interested in this. But, do they fit square box legs?
@@LeeATKINSON-lu2qj I’m not 100% sure Lee… I must be honest… I’m not convinced it does 🫤 BB
