      Yes!! Swear by these and it does take time to teach the brain how to activate these muscles so be patient!

      @@sarahsimmons8921 before every run or at minimum 2x/week. If you are having foot pain then everyday 👌🏼

    Should parts 1 and 2 of your foot be staying on the ground during this excercise?
