Child support is merely a Service.. There is no mandate to participate, and a woman is Not Entitled to it. The child support system was created ONLY so state's could recoup welfare expenditures. It is not intended to benefit women and children. When a man makes a payment, the state takes a 1-5% administrative fee off the top, and then they report that money to Fed level as an expense to receive an additional 66% reiumbursement. When a black man is jailed for non-payment of support, he is jailed because the state doesn't make money if he doesn't pay. It has nothing to do with the well being of women and children. This is a false narrative. The way we fix this is that a Man must maintain Authority and Leverage over a woman and his children. A Black Man is the Ultimate Authority. A woman should Never be allowed to defy a man's authority and use the court system to extract money. Put a stop to this.. If a woman files for child support, show up to the hearing and exercise the option of Refusing to Comply. Stand your ground and keep the court from successfully executing a child support order. Never sign a child's birth certificate because this can be used as evidence against you. If a woman wants access to a man's money, she should be required to marry that man, OR if unmarried remain in cooperation with that man.. And HE decides how much Provision to allocate to her and his children- Not The Court System. When a man is 100% in control of how much money is distributed to a woman, now he can impose a consequence on her for getting out of line. Problem Solved... Listening to this reminds me of the brain washing a mother can do to her children even when she is in the wrong. My sister still believes that our father was abusive and a negligent parent even though my mother kidnapped us because she couldn't get her way. I was 42 when I finally saw through her BS and because of that she won't visit my children or be in their lives. At last they have a grandfather who has a loving women in their lives and fulfilling the role my mom won't play.

Even in cases where there was no domestic violence during the actual relationship these women spend their time with the kids poisoning their young minds. This is a truly upsetting story which unfortunately is very common. Amazing interview B-High, this hit close to home for me because I have a 4 year old daughter. I haven't seen her In 2 years, it's true even with child support and visitation rights these women use the kids as pawns and keep them from their dads. I'm going through it and my mans is going through it as well. It hurts so much because I didn't have my dad in the household I had to see my mom struggle. So to be a dad who wants to be in his child's life and the mother keeps the kid is mind blowing to me. I use to want a family of my own. I don't want any more kids now. It scarred me for life.

If the parents are in court for child support. Then the family is already broken up. There is no requirement that parents of children who separate have to go to court Two strong parents wouldn't be in court over child support. They'd work it out amongst themselves.
It's crazy my husband won custody and he couldn't even get child support she refused to pay 500 offered 100. This the same woman my husband paid 700 weekly under table She was so used screaming deadbeat to try to ruin his reputation. She took their son for a summer visit and refused to send him back. My husband was the one with custody. She wanted to get my husband back in court to pay child support.

As soon as I registered her for school under my address we went back to court to get off child support. She was pissed and said she was getting her back that day. The judge said you can go get her but the child support wouldn't be reinstated. She never came to get her.

To the point my 16 year old daughter began disrespecting me and her mom allowed it, so I said if I can’t discipline her nor see her or talk to her when I like to then you or her don’t need my money either! What makes it even more heartbreaking is the child knows firsthand how I took her shopping while on child support because she complained she wasn’t getting anything from her mother and still was being obligated to pay child support even with me getting the things she wanted and needed out of pocket! Neither man or woman should imprison themselves to another by having a child with them outside of wedlock. Married people should also reconsider many times if the person you love is the person you should have a child with before doing so.

Thank you for sharing this story. I’ve been through this it’s all four of my children. I even went through 5 months of incarceration and had child abandonment warrants placed upon me when all I desired to be was an active father. My relationship with my two grown children is still estranged while my teenagers has greatly improved with one living with me and the other has the opportunity whenever she chooses. To this day, 29 years later this still cuts deep.

Great interview! Child support needs reform and has needed it for a very long time. Parental alienation is very rampant amongst the custodial parent that does it and very damaging to the non-custodial parent, which later results in the child being confused, hurt, and their relationship with the non-custodial parent is damaged. Fathers are always the victims of this and parental alienation is a big thing that really does exists as we heard in this interview with Choke. Family law attorneys are very familiar with this as they deal with custody, child support and visitation cases daily. Each state is different, so it varies in terms of enforceable solutions that will reduce or eliminate this type of conduct in the future. The key is to confront it early on but many people don’t.

Amazing interview B-High, this hit close to home for me because I have a 4 year old daughter. I haven't seen her In 2 years, it's true even with child support and visitation rights these women use the kids as pawns and keep them from their dads. I'm going through it and my mans is going through it as well. It hurts so much because I didn't have my dad in the household I had to see my mom struggle. So to be a dad who wants to be in his child's life and the mother keeps the kid is mind blowing to me. I use to want a family of my own. I don't want any more kids now. It scarred me for life.

It scarred me as well.. I was married to the mother of my sons but soon after that the boys were born we had problems & she started listening to other people. She left me took the kids..as my sons got older they believed that I walked out on them even when I told them what really happened they still didn’t believe me…our relationship is estranged to this day

After my BM and I broke up she gave me my son. Then she thought I was going to the league and filed Child support on me while my child stayed with me. They keep our child, baby, kids, away from us as if we abandoned them because we don't pay our child support or whatever agreement we came up with to support financially for our kids do to unfortunate financial troubles. That's not right at all. How about all the times we do pay our child support or financial agreement, an soon as we can't pay child support do to financial troubles they want to keep our kids away from us that shit is foul. It don't cost nothing to spend quality time with our kids. Like he said it dont cost nothing to take them to the park an things of that nature. It's about letting our kids see us an know who there father is it's about quality time, money come an goes. An it's not like we have 0 dollars we just at the moment for whatever reason financially cant afford to pay the amount we pay every month or week. Give us some time to get it together but in the meantime we should still be able to see our kids. We got family also that can hold it down while our kids are with us financially. Not necessarily to pay child support but funds to provide food, clothes, an hospitality when they are with us. I understand it's some men / fathers out there that dont really care about being with there kids or dont want to purposely support there kids an the mothers react the way they do by using the kids keeping them away from their fathers. But that shouldn't apply for the fathers that do support, an do want to be with there kids. It be alot of good fathers out there who is there for there kids everytime, spend time with them every scheduled days, an support them financially. But the minute financial troubles come around they dissapear with our kids. They never give us the benefit of the doubt. That's why 50 baby moms did. She got greedy wanted more an 50 said nah fuck that, half a million a year is not enough? He put himself on child support an now she getting 6,700 a month. She felt played an used marquise brainwashed him to stay away from 50 an say fuck him an he actually did it. Some mothers use there kids for stuff like this its fucked up.

That child support system breaks up the family it takes 2 strong parents to go through child support and co-parent for the kid.
If the parents are in court for child support. Then the family is already broken up.
There is no requirement that parents of children who separate have to go to court
Two strong parents wouldn't be in court over child support. They'd work it out amongst themselves.

It's crazy my husband won custody and he couldn't even get child support she refused to pay 500 offered 100. This the same woman my husband paid 700 weekly under table
She was so used screaming deadbeat to try to ruin his reputation. She took their son for a summer visit and refused to send him back. My husband was the one with custody.
She wanted to get my husband back in court to pay child support.

As soon as I registered her for school under my address we went back to court to get off child support. She was pissed and said she was getting her back that day. The judge said you can go get her but the child support wouldn't be reinstated. She never came to get her.

Going thru it right now! To the point my 16 year old daughter began disrespecting me and her mom allowed it, so I said if I can’t discipline her nor see her or talk to her when I like to then you or her don’t need my money either! Been on child support since she was 2 and I stopped paying for one year due those circumstances and they both act like I never did anything for her! What makes it even more heartbreaking is the child knows firsthand how I took her shopping while on child support because she complained she wasn’t getting anything from her mother and still was being obligated to pay child support even with me getting the things she wanted and needed out of pocket! I had to stop blaming the bm because my child is of age and witnessed me doing these things and still treated me like that! So I definitely feel 50, it hurts so bad that you have to distance yourself because it makes you want to hurt someone!

Wow, you’re my mirror brotha. I’m going through this now with my 15yr old daughter. Been paying support for years, took her shopping, had her every other weekend for years. 3 years ago it all changed, now she (just like her moms) act as if I’ve never been in her life. It’s mind blowing!
Neither man or woman should imprison themselves to another by having a child with them outside of wedlock. Married people should also reconsider many times if the person you love is the person you should have a child with before doing so.
I sympathize with every man that went through this I also went through the same thing paid off all child support and thank God they grown and on their own and we can rebuild from all the trauma it's tough stay strong men

Thank you for sharing this story. I’ve been through this it’s all four of my children. I even went through 5 months of incarceration and had child abandonment warrants placed upon me when all I desired to be was an active father. My relationship with my two grown children is still estranged while my teenagers has greatly improved with one living with me and the other has the opportunity whenever she chooses. To this day, 29 years later this still cuts deep.

Great interview! Child support needs reform and has needed it for a very long time. Parental alienation is very rampant amongst the custodial parent that does it and very damaging to the non-custodial parent, which later results in the child being confused, hurt, and their relationship with the non-custodial parent is damaged. Fathers are always the victims of this and parental alienation is a big thing that really does exists as we heard in this interview with Choke. Family law attorneys are very familiar with this as they deal with custody, child support and visitation cases daily. Thank you Choke for your transparency and Thank you @B High ATL for bringing him on your show to speak on his experience as it is going to help other guys that are going through this. To all the Fathers, fight for your rights to be a father to your children.

Each state is different, so it varies in terms of enforceable solutions that will reduce or eliminate this type of conduct in the future. The key is to confront it early on but many people don’t.

This was a real conversation, too many of us father's go through this. A lot dad's have walked away from their children because of the mother's, some dad's commit suicide, some dad's become homeless, some dad's end up prison for illegal activity because they don't make enough due to child support, some dad's put up with the mother trying to ruin their life and make it through it's a serious issue that dad's go through that no one cares about. I’m going through the same thing but I’m so happy my daughter still gives me the opportunity to be her father. Her mother tried many times to used her against me but she be the one telling and even reaching out to me and calling me. I love my daughter and forever will.

Children value time more than money. Money is helpful because it supports the financial needs of the child HOWEVER ask any adult that was abandoned by their parent (s)and they'll tell you more than anything all they wanted was time.
Fathers, fight for your child(ren)! Show them you will not let anyone/anything keep you away because their joy matters. You can't protect your child(ren) from the evils of this world if you are not present and available! Mothers, never sabotage your child(ren) relationships with their fathers. Remember, you chose him. No matter how much you dislike him(trust me I get it)never talk bad about him in front of them. Pray for what you can't change. Never become envious of the relationship they have with him. It took 2 people plus the miracle of God to create and bear such a blessing. Children should always be priority never optional 💜

This story breaks my heart, but the most important lesson is that there are so many grown women and men who hate their fathers, but think they know everything in a relationship that happened years ago. Many men just give up and do not want to fight the mothers or the children. Grown men and women will stand you down and tell you they know their father was a bum.
