Sis I got you. My never fail pancake recipe, 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup milk (any type) 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 egg. Place all ingredients into a bowl and using electric beaters on high for 5 mins or until it is smooth. Ready to fry. I use a canola spray or you can use butter. Using a ladel or a 1/4 measuring cup, pour into heated pan (medium high heat) fry until you see small bubbles on top, then flip and cook for about a minute. Voila, no more maccas pancakes for the fam (just you lol) You can double or triple the ingredients, works everytime. Note- Just make sure you beat batter until smooth. Also, Sis you are looking amazing, keep going!
