But there is such a problem now that because I did the bypass according to the guide, when I checked for updates (not immediately, but a few days later), I did not get such a large number of updates. I only got a few updates. A few days later I checked for updates again and there were only a few. Please help !!! @@mojdziamdziamgadugadu If you didn't find a solution yet you can try getting Microsoft's Update Repair tool. An update may have failed and broken your whole updater to not receive any from the server. It also commonly crashes and causes downloads it knows exist to not downlod and give an "update failed to install" error. For as much as Microsoft likes to pretend their updates matter they still haven't learned how to hand them out properly 😋
I can understand fearure updates but defender/protection updates is going too far. Microsoft is a multi BILLION dollar company and there are still MILLIONS of Win7 pcs. What's their f+%-$+$+ problem? What"s their mf issue in providing security updates? I get the agenda of pushing to latest windows editions but allowing everyone to use all of their windows version makes just more sense?? How careless and unprofessional of microsoft acting like some tiny little indie company. They think the world revolves around them or what tf

@Fearful Harmony Incorrect. For Windows 10 that's true, but on Windows 7 all Windows Defender protects against are certain types of Spyware. Security essentials is the real antivirus.
Bypass to download and install the extended security updates, is not a bypass to Windows security. Businesses will not even consider doing this as it constitutes qiracy and they could get heavy fines, but the average person won't face any problems with doing this.
Although this may have helped me, it is obviously software piracy and violates the law. I suggest that nobody uses this as it is piracy and could get illegal users of ESU in trouble with their local government.
If you google "unsigned certificate Windows 7" you'll probably find the specific Update you need. Before 7's end of life driver and other various signatures changed their filetype(SHA key). An update is needed to teach Windows 7 how to read those and Microsoft gave it out. Your system probably tried installing in random order and installed new ones with the code it hasn't taught itself how to read yet.
