I see Reddit posts about him being sick as early as 114 days ago (and recovering about 90 days ago). Found another comment about this sound from significantly before that too (about 200 days ago now), so it's probably not related to his recent sickness.

I read on reddit that xecnar is pretty sick at the moment. I imagine it has something to do with that. It sounds like a cat sneezing!

He explained it multiple times, it's his heavy breathing when he's excited or annoyed etc., he can't really do anything about it
