Someone pointed out it meant to be rice flour NOT rice and flour 😂😂😂 so your finding is spot on, ground rice is rice flour 😊 One would think there would be some improvement after all these "cooking", learning from mistakes, following instructions... some people never learn.

Kay, you should be measuring the margarine by volume, not weight, that can be confusing in recipes. 4 ounces of margarine = 1/2 cup. Just a little tip! Keep on cookin! 😊

Daine Sanders half fat to flour for pastry i.e. 100 gr flour 50 gr fat, but hard fat not soft is best so it can be rubbed in.
She doesn't even refrigerate for a hour or two either, you need to be patient when you bake.
