Dear Sandeep ji , Neta ji, Master ji, and Tibetan donors, thank you so much for your unconditional kindness. Which is incredible. In order to claim for the aid from Tibetan government in exile, one has to be a holder of green book ( Tibetan identity card). But in many cases, I suppose Tibetan government doesn’t even check these credentials and extend their help on the basis of pure humanitarian ground. Just for more precision, our Tibetan government in exile is not very resourceful like any other independent nations. Therefore, Tibetan people across the globe take the voluntary action (on the behalf of the government) to help the needy ones (whether Tibetans or non Tibetans). Moreover, Dalai Lama believes in oneness of seven billion people. He always says that we are all one big family and we’re interdependent on each other. Therefore, we should always help each other. I pray that this family overcome from the suffering and live a happy life. Lastly, Sandeep ji, your laughter was contagious 😂

They should request a camp/settlement office so they can get into Tibetan Community and they will get help. Since they have been living away from Tibetan Community so that’s how they ended like this situation. Now they got some help but they will long term help.
