Wow what intricate work Dave..you deserve a medal for your patience!Love how you share your process and techniques, great tips for beginners and as you said,we should have a go at it..maybe not on such a grand scale as yours and maybe not with a flame thrower! It did look fun though lol!Looking forward to you using the wax..does it do the same kind of thing as using masking fluid?Anyway your videos do not deserve being called flops..way too well presented and informative for that!!Isn’t there some way you can boost your channel I’m not sure how TH-cam works? Great to see your studio, really nice relaxing set up you have!Bring on your next video Dave..can’t wait to see more of your talent!❤
Thanks Bev, this one has really opened up pandoras box. After a little more research the artist wax is in fact called masking fluid. Very eager to get started on another one using the fluid as I think it will make for a much cleaner piece. My only concern is that its water based and the paper I'm using may bubble (don't want to splash out to much on the experimentation phase), not until its more refined anyways. I'm happy being the flop lol as I know there are a few people who genuinely get what I'm doing and that's all that matters :) The studio is fantastic, where very lucky to have it in the city. Flame thrower was epic even if it did nothing :P
This is incredible. Love the whole process. And the flame thrower gave the perfect ending. Look forward to your Halloween piece in the collaboration. 🧡
You did a hell of a job! 😅 literally! For me, personally, it is a bit too much, the subject, I prefer something less scarry, but I must appreciate your patience. And you have such a nice studio, there!
@@Charcoal_Dave ah bro you have to put these up for sale if you want to of course. But they are amazing , I love your art and I’d certainly would be buying from you. In fact millions will want to buy your stuff
First track was quite load, apologies. From about 3 min onwards... much easier on the ear ✌✌

Great work. I ve always had huge respect for big charcoal pieces. The medium is so messy.
Thanks buddy, can be very messy that's for sure :)

heya, nah I dont have an online shop set up as of yet. Waiting to get the basket icon on YT. The art is mainly just a hobbie :)
