At minute 3:30 you remember all the times that you played this game. At minute 4:40 you realize how much you have grown. At minute 5:30 you realize that era has passed and it is time to move on but still remember the old times. I have listened to the song countless times and I am separating bits and pieces of it. It’s sad that those future generations won’t have the same kind of experience we had growing up. I was born in early 2009 and I remember then that we didn’t have all this crazy new stuff. All we had was the Xbox 360 and ps3 and ps4 and of course the crappy lap tops. Idk how other people feel about Minecraft story mode but I have a massive amount of nostalgia for it just like regular Minecraft as it was another video game I grew up loving. And just recently I got my hands on a copy of it that has all the episodes pre-downloaded so I don’t have to worry about not being able to download all the episodes. But of course I won’t ever forget REAL Minecraft. I would love to just play creative and beat the game thousands of time on it. And I absolute loved playing the tutorial worlds. I still remember my very first world. I lived in an underground dirt shack, with 2 wool blocks that I thought would become a bed. The only other thing I had was a crafting table, which I didn't know how to use. I wandered the world, collecting things I thought looked cool. I carved through mountains with no items, thinking granite was just hard dirt, and celebrating when the dirt broke easily. I got lost in a cave, punching every ore block I saw thinking it would drop something. That is about all I remember from that world, but it did a good job at cementing minecraft as one of my favorites.
And then there was my first creative world. All I remember from that place was beacon/enchantment table spam, an attempt at a village, and diamond water slides everywhere
