A series of vehicles developed by BRUNON-VALETTE under the ELC program in the late 1950s. The goal was to create a light aeromobile tank for fire support purposes. The vehicle had small dimensions and high maneuverability. A total of 10 pilot vehicles with different types of armament were produced. They underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.

I think the main problem of spotting is (as seen in this video) that you are super reliant on your team to not suck. Spotting so many tanks and having less than 1k spotting damage after a couple of minutes is super frustrating

except on the rare occasions when your teammates do know how to use their guns, then it's GLORIOUS

Because 99% of players in WoT only view thru their guns and don't look to see whats lit on the map. Ialways check every red dot for a shot, you never know.
Well out of experience i dont want to get spotting dmg in the first few minutes, i will explain why.
If your are spotting the enemy in the first 30 deconds of the game your teammates are not yet in a position where they need to go, if they stop and shoot your spotted enemies this will cause for problems later on. The only tanks that should shoot your spotted enemies are the base campers, this is the only part of the game they are actually usefull. So getting under 1000 spotting dmg is alright as long as you are still alive

Amazing restraint by this light tank player. Knowing when to fire and when to not to take the shot was amazing. After I spot all 97 tanks on the map and I have 114 spot damage, I lose patience, and start slinging shells everywhere. Studzianki is the one map however that the light tank should stay alive until the end game.
Master class in bush mechanics for the most part. Great game.
The only problem playing elc in current random is 90% of time you play with and against other 2 elcs, 2 ebrs, and 1 or 2 burrasques.. .
That what is fun. It make battle more challenging for lights tanks because hiding in a bush for 15 minutes is boring even if it help win.
@@vinct7023no, it is not fun at all, because this situation actually makes lights and others to sit in a bushes, because no one want to try risky active scout and die fast. Same situation exists when lot artilery are present in the battle. When there are 1-2 lights in prokhorofka etc, you can try outplay lights and scout actively bush lines, but when there are so many lights and ebrs, you can only sit in bush and hope they make mistake. Ofc, you can try risky scout, but then possibility to die just at the moment the lamp lits is too big.
@@TheUnrevealer I agree to some extend. Also wheel tanks bring a bit of novelty and challenge in WOT but the way WG implemented tanks like EBR's is bad and still bad after rework. Not tanks on earth, except WOT do fly on the ground and can turn on themselves in a second or receive a Jag100 shell right on the side and bounce without the slight damage.
Keep EBR's but nerf them a bit more until they are more balanced. Balance is what WOT players want, not zero arties or zero EBR's.
@@vinct7023 well new HE rework will make em suffer alot harder, they wont tank with tyres more than maus. By the way, if that "6 light tank challenge each team" existed in this video, it lasted either 1 min and ended in middle of field, either were casual 3k combined game.)
@@TheUnrevealer They'll never change the premiums. They never did and never will, EBR 75 will continue to shit on everything because the person who bought it deserves to have more fun than a f2p player, at least that's what wg thinks.

i love this little tank! going from heavy tank playing to this took some getting used to, but i was getting sick of not being able to see anything and i wanted to see what THEY see! lol. it's camo rating and spotting is over the top, and it's fast. of my 58 premium tanks i think this is becoming my favorite... and I'm learning, getting better at really lighting up the map for my team!

Agreed!!! I've been a SOLID T28/T95 player and have really wanted to be a spotter to WIN games. I got it today and held to characters that ALL had 3 skills and almost thru 4th skills on DAY ONE. I love it, but damn if you pull that trigger and are seen you go POOF!!! Such a massive difference from the massive heavies I play. Find a bush and HIDE. Don't breathe, don't even FART.

This only works when the enemy doesnt have aimbot that can reliably hit you no matter what speed you go or what maneuver you perform at more than 350 meters...

@@randyhartono3833 Randy I dont think you know how majority of PC WOT players play, how bad the ELC EVEN 90 gun is and how "good" the IS-M armor is. From you chanell I assume you play on console and let me tell you, that maybe you guys on consoles dont sweat it, but in pc, 95% OF THE PLAYERS WOULD NOT SHOOT in this case, period. It just doesnt make any sense to shoot.

The great thing about this little tank, you don't even have to use your gun. My 2nd game in it was like 4.3k combined.

You can get a tier8 heavy tank with bonds, and trade it for elc even for only few hundred gold.
@@danieltakacs9876 That's for people who saved their bonds, better deal is to try to convince a family member to join the game using your referral code and get a reward there, then trade for pennies. Although some people do it themselves, seems like wg's system doesn't care if it's two people playing or just you farming two accounts. XD
Like it's always been, for them money is money, doesn't matter if it's broken.
PS: if this info gets someone in trouble and they end up losing their account, it's not on me.
you can play tournaments to get the gold. ELC 90 costs 5.800 gold (which is pretty good price for a tier 8 premium)

Every time i play light tanks i keep like 3-5 tanks perma spotted but my teammates have all equipped shotguns and miss every shot on stationary targets.

No way 3 crew members can fit in that thing. The turret would have to bend Round the Commander's hips, autoloader of course, and there is barely enough room for a driver. No way 3 guys in there!
