Here's how I learned 3 club continuous backcrosses. It's my belief that it's a technique that can be applied to learn any body throw. Let me know if it works for you.
Nice video :) i practice 2 years And i have problem witch backross And this video help me a loot :) keep doing this practice video And sorry for my language i am from Poland :)
and you learned it now? im from argentina. am practising backross 4 months, with other tricks too, but y can juggle 7 trows then I drop, this video is very good
I liked to do 3-club chops. Does it take much more practice to learn backcrosses and crotch throws? Sometimes I wonder if jugglers exaggerate head movement when doing these tricks. These videos really want me to get back out there and juggle again, but due to physical reasons I cannot anymore. Millenials are so lucky with TH-cam. When I first learned to juggle at age 12 in 1988 there were no instructional TH-cam videos. I had to learn the 4-ball fountain from a juggling book when I was 17 in 1993. If you needed to learn advanced juggling you could sometimes have to travel 1 or 2 hours for a teacher. I couldn't find anyone that could juggle the 5-ball cascade until my 20s. For a long time I was the only 4-ball juggler I knew.

It takes you one toss to make a correction. It takes me 10. I hope to be half this good one day.
this is most likely the hardest juggling trick to learn
It does feel really hard at first, but keep practising and you'll get it ✋🏻
