So, I had the S23 Ultra before, and now I'm using the S24 Ultra. Here's why I made the switch and some of my thoughts on the user experience.
The UI and smoothness of the S23 Ultra weren't really all that great compared to other phones, but the ecosystem was pretty good. While I had the S23 Ultra, I had a problem with the screen getting damaged because of the curved edges. I tried a bunch of different tempered glass screen protectors, but they all cost around 6000, and they kept getting damaged on the edges. But the S24 Ultra has a flat screen, so I just got a regular tempered glass screen protector and it's been working great.
Some people have said that the S24 Ultra has a grainy display, but I haven't really noticed it. I can only see it a little bit in low light when I'm using dark mode. The battery life on the S24 Ultra is also a lot better than the S23 Ultra.
The main reasons I decided to switch were the display and the promise of 7 years of software updates. That's pretty much it.
I'm a Samsung S23 ULTRA user bro.. phone ellathulaiyum top notch.. I can see reviews like it's not the best in performance.. Naa bgmi hours kanakula play panna kooda I can't find any real time issues.. my major issue with S23 ULTRA is( after a one year user)

Using S23 the battery life is decent but when it comes to the size this thing rocks. I get a solid 6 to 6 ½ hours with some gaming ( I play COD) too. I also had the same question but ultimately chose S23 as it was a better value for money than the 12R ( I got both for the same price in offline). And also it takes a week or so to adapt and increase battery life.
