If you don't want to build it then you can buy it already nice and ready! - LOW COST: www.banggood.com/custlink/DmGmiSbPez - PROFESSIONAL: www.banggood.com/custlink/3KGK9ZbHAr
That's a great idea Cosmo! Thanks! I've got a Hakko but I've been planning on building my own just for the fun of it. Thanks again for the video. To the previous commenter about the fan being weak: SO WHAT!! Go buy a stronger fan. THAT IS YOUR OPTION!
Good morning, sir! May I ask for your permission that I and my co-members will use your video as our guide in conducting our study for our research? Thank you so much!
@@cosmochannelvideo what fan did you purchase? I have a 12.4W BG0903-B044-VTL blower fan and I wonder if it will be enough at a nominal 28.6 CFM. I may put a computer fan in-line at the intake
If You want to sell all those electric components maybe a schematic for the electric circuit would be a good idea atleast for beginners in electronic like me it would be nice.
This is totally useless, i made it myself to test, used a 14cm fan spinning at 2.000rpm and still it will only evacuate the air that is right in front of the duct, i call B.S. Looks nice, okay but does not work, if you would stick a industrial server fan that goes 3k rpm, and use 2 of them then maybe you could solder 20 cm further then the duct, but still i dont think it would work as it should for evacuating the fumes, and those fans cost money wich you can use to just buy a air filter....

Love the base idea behind this. I do small Tig welding and you just put my design into play thank you!
Thank you very much!!
I like this design and the craftsmanship is great but this showed me that bigger is better when it comes to fume extractors.
I want to place the corrugated discharge hose in the window but now I know how to create an enclosure for the fan. Thanks!
Great Video!
You need a fan with high CFM, this 80mm fan you used a big ineffective, otherwise a great build buddy!
Very nicely done! Thank you for this!
Thank you!!
Hahahaha! The fan is so weak!
hahahha
Thanks for the video, what is the name of the plastic inlet connecting piece?
What connection are you talking about?
@@cosmochannelvideo The inlet that actually sucks in the air; what's that called?
@@dalskiBo I created it with a 3d printer. Anyway suction cone. You can do it with hard cardboard or light wood

awesome design 👍
hello can i ask if you have a block diagram for this video??
You needed a fan with more cfm. That fan wasn't enough to create a good fume suction.
you are right. I have already purchased a more powerful fan to replace the one I mounted. Thanks for your comment

@@davidgorczyca5675 hows the fan?

Not everyone have cnc machine at home, broooo
Ottima l'idea la realizzazione poteva risultare migliore.
Comunque bravo.
Hi, may I know how can I contact you ?

The idea is good, but won't work...
So folks know: this is spectacularly underpowered, making it dangerous to rely on, don't build this, you need a fan that moves at least 10x the air.
Looks like you need to be right next to it.

fan is too weak...
certainly if you can put more powerful fans the result improves a lot !! The ones I had actually aspire little
I copied this project and so far made 45000 dlls in 7 months
Надо зациклить в одну петлю
I was only interested in the cone so this video was useless to me.
