The skill set is higher. Stipe literally used a one-two punch combination to climb the ranks as one of the greatest heavyweights of all time. Deontay Wilder's boxing is actually trash. But because the pool of guys that weigh that much is so low, the skill set is low. Imagine if Mayweather fought at heavyweight with his skill set. He'd be P4P best ever.
