thank you teacher, i'm from Colombia and we are:
-supermarket
-grocery stores
-a small grocery stores in our neighborhood, we called that "tiendas"
but in Colombia always there are cashiers, we don't have selft check-out option, maybe because the people can steal the products.

In Egypt we have one more kind of markets, It is held every Friday and Tuesday, it's called the Friday market, and the Tuesday market, Many vendors gather there, each vendor selling specific types of food, such as vegetables, fruits, dairy products, legumes, etc.
On Friday of every week, Mom goes to The Friday Market, and buys everything we need for the whole week.

I'm from viet nam and I live in a small village called tra co. In my home town don't have a supermarket , if I want to go to the supermarket I have to go to a city . so I prefer convenience store , one point I don't like in convenience store is they don't allow stitting . supermarket has a lot of items but convenience store has a few items .
