So happy to have found you. Many other sites and vids frustrate me because they go slow, start with useless topics, and don't show the initial setup. Thanks for making these. Really appreciate it as a new, self-taught programmer.
Thank you. I really appreciate the length of your videos they’re perfect for me other similar videos drag everything out for hours and I about fall asleep.
I fell asleep while watching other people's tutorial either they are not clear, too slow or not beginner friendly. I am going to finish your entire js playlist. thanks a lot for posting:)
Thank you so much for this series. Quick question: Even if I don't add semi colon at the end of sentence, it works just fine. Are semi colons optional?
@@almuhimen8023 i will stick with not using semi colons. I work with scala and not habitual with semi colons at the end of sentence and keep forgetting them
After having learned other languages before, I felt the videos were too boring when he keeps explaining about data types and all, so Tim, in one video's description mentioned that if it feels like he is going too slow, watch the video at 2x speed. I know it sounds stupid, but it works, I can understand what he is saying and still feel like everything is a quick recap. I use this while watching other tutorials too. I just adjust the video's speed according to my skill level in each field
Hey Tim thank you so much your videos are super clear and useful! However I don't understand the result (11:51). Why does the line 12 return "tim"? You changed the value of name ( name = "hello") in line 10, and you said the computer reads the code line by line. So I was expecting tim/hello/hello, not tim/tim/hello. Can you please explain...? :)
bro I wanted to know that if we don't use the semicolon in js we do not get any error but then to we use it just for getting that we have started a new line
I can't wait for this tutorial series to get into the more advanced aspects of JavaScript!

You're so articulate, really easy to understand. Thank you
The best teacher I have found online when it comes to programming. Period. Thank you

Thank you Tim!

Yuppp. But you should either use or not use the ";". (Just good programming practice.)

@@dipeshkolheSame do I. I am a python programmer.
Thank you so much ❤️ keep giving lessons.....
Thanks TIm!
You can also add strings in ``(ticks)
Edit: Mainly used for adding ' and " in a string
Nice, are you good at javascript? I need someone to help me out.

when Tim says he is nineteen and I look at myself......
anyway thanks a lot Tim! love your videos

And some lessons on OOP too.....

Hey, because in line 12 we're printing 'helloWorld' and not 'name'.
Nice tutorial..
I'm waiting for some real world practical implementation of JS...😍
