the 4 from disrespect stance without the 3 is a round kick keeping in disrespect stance 3f from lfs also keeps in lfs and both are mid so both are risky gaurd checks
i think side step and even dash whether back or forth still lets you use moves that have f or fd so you can wall carry or have no problem using fast or launch moves
did the added 4 from the hook kick(f4,d3 4,lfs3 4)work or was it deleted?the fast mid i mean not the sidekick
lfs could be followed by db4 the bone break low kick when the opponent is down also i guess every mid when opponent is getting up counts as oki
dont forget 3 from rfs and 4 from lfs the fast spin kicks for pressure

Bro what are the options for the case when I am at a distance from an opponent and my opponent side steps ff4 consistently ? The rff df3 is also pretty awkward to do coz it gets wiffed a lot

You have the option to delay your timing on ff4 if you choose to. Another good option is ff3. Hwoarang has tracking issues, so you need to adjust your play based on your opponent's sidestep timing. You can just run up to your opponent and use df4 or jfsr if they are sidestepping to the left. If they are far away, you can use the running armor move by switching stance and running
