Awesome content man, keep it up!! I only have one question. Why exactly are you using relevanceAI? Isn't the KB in Voiceflow enough or are you using it to be able to save the conversation and store it in Airtable?

Appreciate it! I use relevanceAi because I’ve issues with the token usage in Voiceflow. I’d sometimes using 1M tokens and no explanation as to why, this was a couple months ago though and they’ve made major updates since! If you are just getting in the industry, I’d suggest trying using VF’s knowledge as it’s easier to setup :)

Hey👋🏻 yep, you can add it any file as knowledge base, you can even add URLs as knowledge. Check my last vid, about half way through I show how I added a URLs as a knowledge base👍🏻
