Hello Rishi thanks for the video Do you still use gym equipemnt or only the mace and kettlebellls. Also how often do you work out? Also do you take any supplements or creatine? Cheers
Hey @ammarraza7327 ! Thanks for watching! So, I do use other gym equipment and workout in the gym. The video that will be out tomorrow is a gym workout. I don't use the gym machines however, the only machines that I use in the gym are the cable machine, lat pulldown machine (different angles), seated row machine, leg extension machine (very rarely), seated calf raise machine (also very rarely). Whenever I try to workout, it is almost always using free weights (Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Barbell, etc.) , I believe this reduces imbalances and allows the body to move more naturally over the pre decided range of motion that most machines force you into. I workout every day, these videos are recorded the day before they are released and are my actual daily workouts. I have been working out daily for 3 years now. I do not recommend this for beginners necessarily, but it is something that I think most people can work up to. Also, my goals include being an extreme endurance athlete and this requires me to be this way ( I've run multiple ultramarathons some results over here: ultrasignup.com/m_results_participant.aspx?fname=Rishi&lname=Remesh ). I do not take any supplements mostly because I prefer eating real food. I have supplemented with creatine in the past, but for whatever reason, it makes my stomach bloated so I choose not to do it. Maybe a different brand or unflavored creatine might work better, but I haven't tried this yet. I think creatine is a good supplement overall and I think it helped my endurance a little while I was on it. In the past, I have taken whey protein, pre-workouts, multi-vitamins, fat burners, etc. But I didn't feel like they made enough of a difference to warrant the extra money that I spent on them. I am not opposed to supplementing, I am just not taking any right now. But the top 2 supplements I would recommend are Vitamin D (or spend A LOT OF TIME in the SUN) And Omega 3 fatty-acids. Cheers!
@@Rishi440 Wow thanks so much for the details Rishi. I greatly appreciate your wisdom! I am currently doing 3 full body workouts Monday Wednesday and Friday. With gym work and some calistenic exercises. In between my workout days I swim and play football twice a week. I was trying to go full calistenics but I feel the sheer volume and repetition required takes alot of time and patience. Right now with work the gym is working for me in terms of keeping fit and strong but I am reaching a bit of plateau. I struggle to put on mass as I have a naturally slim figure so that's why I was asking about the supplements as I struggle to do the eating required to match the energy expended working out. The more I do gym work the more eating becomes really tiresome I feel. However your physique is very impressive I guess those are the fruits of working out daily and even more impressive that you are supplementless in this creatine crazy world we live. ( Though I am tempted to try it, I wouldn't want to become reliant on it to stay strong.) But I reallly like these flow patterns you are displaying. I am always thinking do I really need the gym or could I just follow a workout like this and get super buff like yourself. Right now I am athletic but haven't got that muscle mass so to speak and have been watching the videos of Indian wrestlers getting big with their club exercises like your mace workout. Guess I am trying to find a new/traditional workout that works for me would save a few pennies maybe too. Maybe will try this kettlebell one. Anyways really appreciate your feedback and videos. Blessings!
One of the things that has helped me a lot is doing the sled. To gain mass, your body has to experience heavy load. However there comes a lot of risk when doing heavy weights of squat, bench, or deadlifts. But, with the sled , you can add as much weight as you want and the worst thing that can happen is that the sled won’t move. So personally , I consider the sled to be one of the best tools to gain strength and size in a safe way. Try to find a sled or “make” your own one and do that 2-3 times a week. Backward walking with sled and pushing /dragging the sled forward , do this consistently for a few months and you’ll notice a lot of improvement provided you’re eating sufficiently. In a week have one session where you’re trying to go heavy, and other days more endurance and volume. I have a lot of sled workouts on my channel, at least 30-40 or more, so check those out for some ideas . If you have questions when you watch them, ask it in the comments and I’ll get back to you. Hope this helps! All the best 🙂
I would recommend starting with a 7lbs-10lbs one. I bought mine off Amazon in Canada a.co/d/hvEQxte Other regions should have similar. In this video at the end I’ve fashioned a mace out of some gym equipment: th-cam.com/video/7S6ay-kgZn8/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared You might be able to do the same depending on what you have access to. Go light to start of, there’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to understanding how it moves etc.
thank you! you inspired me to go out and move some steel!
You're welcome! There's something primal about working out in nature/outdoors that the gym just can't replicate.
Nice!
Thanks!

@@Rishi440 Ok I will try the sled thank you. How long do your daily workouts typically last?
I average 2 hours per day. If including the time I spend in the sauna then 2hrs 20mins on average
Where do I get a good mace?
I would recommend starting with a 7lbs-10lbs one. I bought mine off Amazon in Canada a.co/d/hvEQxte
