Then goreng, leave the ikan bilissss for few minutes, takyah kucar. Sampai nampak mcm masak skit, then kucar kucar sikit. Haha. 5. And then angkat tgk rasa rangup tak lagi. Kalau ok, siap!!! Kalau tak ok, biar sikit lagi. Hihi.

For ikan bilis, my housemate usually let me do it because they also have the problem you've face hahaha. First let the oil hot but not too hot, in medium heat. When u put in the ikan bilis, keep on stirring until golden and crunchy. Oh i forgot! You don't need lots of oil to fry it, u can try to fry in a smaller batch to test hehehe.goodluck!

Tips to goreng ikan bilis is .. you have to make sure the cooking oil is enough .. and make sure it hot enough to goreng the ikan bilis .. when you’re sure the oil is hot .. then start goreng not too long so it will not hangus .. lepas tu angkat dia letak atas tisu so tisu tu will absorb the oil . Bila your letak ikan bilis dlm kuali panas, pls kacau kacau kacauuu jangan biar. Then dia dah tukar colour, angkat je! Then biar kena angin jap then you’re good to go. If dia lembik, you panaskan minyak, slowkan api & goreng je lg sekali. That’s how I learn to goreng ikan bilis hahaha even my mom kdg failed so dia akan bg I goreng. Idk hahaha try okay! Good luck!
