Have a question 🤔 what happend if you changer mother board from iPhone 14 pro do you get message from display is it possible to transfer old data to new screen ?😢
the data that was transferred is for the true tone and it's located in the other chip on the screen. this one is only for the important display message.
@@iTouch-repairwe already transfer the old chip to new screen but still the display messge still appearing, is there any chance that the originall chip is damage already? or wht is the other cause?
@@nikkooww it could be that the eeprom chip inside was disconnected from the main pins thus making this issue. Need to check if all the pins has readings on the screen’s flex cable.
@@iTouch-repair thanks i think i will try to bring it to other repair shop to double check the pins i hope the chip is still good and removed the display message
@@altaibaltaie9345 I recorded two phones, the first one in I didn’t have the programmer as I said in the video, and that’s why I recoded another where there is a programmer that transfers the True Tone, I explained everything in the video.
@@iTouch-repair At 3:27 the true tone works with the damaged screen. Seems like you've transferred the ID to the replacement screen with the truetone device. Then things get confusing why you would replace the chip; did you grind down the chip on the replacement screen then replace it with the original chip? The replacement screens we ordered came with some sort of tiny flex adapter for a similar chip. Would love to get some clarifications on how to get the truetone working on a replacement screen and what this extra tiny flex cable is for
@@technomicah Hi, the True Tone is stored in a different chip, the one that I’ve replaced in the video is to remove the important display message. If you have an extra flex that goes to the same chip that I’ve replaced in the video, then you have an additional touch screen as the original is probably damaged. You can find on aliexpress these touch screen, we install them when the touch is not responsive correctly or not working.
Great video but I suggest to cut back on the nonsensical jokes they really not that funny and kinda puts the watching experience off. Otherwise great work
It's don't waste my precious time swapping the display controller chip. Let customers see that big beautiful popup "We do not recognize the display as an Apple original" EVEN IF it''s swapped from an identical brand new iphone 14 Pro. This is what they get for buying Apple. lol
The bzzzt bzzzt bzzzt was definitely the highlight of the video
I was coming here in the comments just to write this too!!!

If you already transferred the old data from the screen to the new one, why do you also need to transfer the old chip to the new display?
