You made quilting POSH! The back stitch looks like a design element. They’re awesome. Are you willing to share the name of the hole punch you use? Thanks in advance.

Thank you🥰 and right… I kind of like how it looks with the back stitch… and the hole punch I use is a “Crop-a-Dile” you can find it at craft stores and it works really good🙂

Your labels are great and I notice they match every bag. How do you make them?

Thank you🫶🏽 I make them on my embroidery machine… I actually have a tutorial up on my channel on how I make all my labels 🥰 I’ll try to link it in the comment!!!

Have you used the Juki 8700 to sew a leather or vinyl bag? Also do you wish you would have gotten a walking foot. I can’t decide on if I should get a walking foot or not. I like the fact you can do quilting with the non walking foot. I am going to be sewing leather and vinyl as well as cloth. Is there anything you have tried to sew where you wish you had a walking foot instead? Btw… My name is Kiva. I am just getting started on opening my own business. An industrial sewing machine is the last piece of equipment I need. I love your bags. You should be proud of your self.

Hello kiva!!! And I’ve only used my 8700 for denim, canvas, and light weight cottons and it’s AMAZING for those textiles. However, I would definitely recommend getting a walking foot. I wish I knew about walking foots before I purchased my machine. The 8700 machine I use does PERFECT for the things I make but there’s been a few times where a walking foot would’ve been a little more smoother!! Hope this helped to answer your questions :) also thank you for the kind words as well🥰💕
