Breath more and smile before you start. It looks to me like you are holding your breath. (like most of us learning five club jugglers.) Relaxing your shoulders is a hard thing to learn. I like to relax my arms low by my thighs when I feel the arms getting too high.
@@CurtisCarlyle definitely appreciate the advice. Sadly, I haven't practiced juggling in a serious capacity since early 2020. I don't think I could even qualify five clubs today if I tried. Maybe one day the passion to practice will return to me.
@@mathteacher1729 it can be hard to put time into a trick that takes so long like 5 clubs. I have discovered 5 or 6 - 5 club drills with 5 clubs that can reinforce success. It makes learning clustered instead only a singular goal. I bet if you worked on it for 1 week you could get back to it.

Keep at it! A little bit of focused practice every day will add up to mastery over time.
