FREYA AND HOPE LET ME TELL YOU THE WAY I SOBBED OVER THAT REUNION.
So if you have subbed me for a while you would remember the Freelin videos I would make. Freya is my fave character of all time. Literally. No character will ever come close to her and no one ever will. She's everything to me and the fact that I got to see her again for one last time? IT WAS EVERYTHING.
Also Freya having scenes with Josie? I never knew I needed this until now. Married life looks so beautiful on my girl and can we talk about how Freelin have a son? They are married and have a family. The way I'm crying. AND THEY NAMED HIM NIK AFTER KLAUS SKSDKSDM DIDN'T NEED MY HEART ANYWAY. I CAN'T.
The Freya and Hope reunion was everything I could have asked for. I mean it could have been longer but I kinda loved the fact that they didn't need words. The way Freya hugged Hope and pulled away just to hold her face. She didn't need to say anything because Hope knew she got her Aunt back and her face in that scene. I WILL NEVER GET OVER IT. She knew she wasn't alone anymore. Landon had walked away. Raf cut her out. Josie probably doesn't want anything to do with her. She had no one in this moment and that's when Freya turned up. When Hope needed someone the most her Aunt came back to her and it's honestly one of the most beautiful scenes in the tvd universe.
Believe it or not but Freyope is my fave family relationship in the tvdu. Like obviously everyone has their fave siblings or their fave parent/child relationship but Freya and Hope has always been so beautiful to me. They are so underrated. Freya helped raised Hope with Hayley. She was there for Hope when her powers were going out of control. She was there when Hayley died. And as soon as Freya got her memories back she flew to Mystic Falls to reunite with her niece. Their relationship is so important and I'm so happy to finally vid them.
Like I have said previously I don't vid platonic relationships much so it's a big deal when I do sksks. It's obviously not the best video I have made but these two mean the world to me and I had to vid them. Also I had to use THAT song. It was everything.

She lost Niklaus, Elijah and Hayley but she still has Kol, Rebekah and Marcel but Freya is the one who stood with her. From the begging.

I love the bond Freya and Hope share, but it was actually Rebekah who cared for Hope from the beginning. Then Klaus and Hayley for the most part, along with the rest of the Mikaelsons and crescent wolves who protected her as well - until she left for school at age seven. She probably would have been best living with Freya after Klaus's death. Then again, New Orleans might not have been safe enough for her.
Summer88 Rebekah has such a big heart... Hope is similar to Rebekah.. I agree New Orleans it’s not safe for her because they will always see her as “Klaus’ daughter” I think the Salvatore School is her place
@@XxXx-og3lo True. It was so easy for Josie to find Freya. I think enemies of the Mikaelsons may seek her out regardless though. Hope reminds me of Rebekah too. I hope to see her guest star in Legacies sometime.

What a wonderful video. Although it reminds me that the closest thing Hope has to a mother now is Freya. But I'm so happy that they made her remember her niece because life was already too cruel on Hope.

She's Hope's aunt. But she thinks of Hope as a daughter. Maybe she motherly with Hope because of the child she lost long ago. If you don't know when Fraya was five she was taking from her mother Ester who agree long before to give up every first born to her older sister Dahlia if she used her first born Mikealson witch magic to helped Ester to beable to have a family since Esther wasn't able to get pregnant. So Fraya the first born was taking.
Than some time later when Fraya was older she became pregnant by the man she loved who wanted them to run so their son could be free because Dahlia who is known cruelty wanted him for his power. Fraya didn't want her son to become slaved by Dahlia and live the horrible life she's lived. She wanted to save him from a miserable existence and she wanted relief that only death could give.
So she took one of Dahlia's strongest poisoned to kill both her and her son. But Dahlia magic kept Fraya from dying as she is now immortal. But it didn't save her son and when Fraya realized she lost her baby. It had broken her. She started crying for her baby. Now she says that she sees Hope as the child she never got to raise and she never got to raise her son.
Dahlia wanted Fraya's son for the same reason she wanted Hope. For their firstborn mikaelson magic. She wanted to link their magic together to become stronger. It was centuries later when she came for Hope before she died. Like Fraya's son would've been. Hope is a firstborn mikealson witch. Even without her vamp and witch side. Hope's firstborn mikaelson magic makes her magic the oldest and strongest of all witches. Fraya lost her son. Hope has filled that hole that Fraya's son had left in Fraya's heart.
