I was having a mental break down and a panic attack I didn’t know what to do and this was on my home page and I played it I fell right asleep thank you it kept me sleep for 4 hours .
I usually have to wear ear plugs AND run a fan to sleep, I put this and a sleep mask on last night and slept like a baby, now I cant wait for bed tonight! There's a bunch I wanna try, thank you!

I honestly have been on Ambien since I was 16 years old, I was loyal to another ASMR Channel until I found this one. This literally was three of my favorite trigger, the heating fan the fan phone in the background the funnel. Let's just say that now I am no longer a slave to Ambien and I don't have to take them unless I really really need it. Thank you for this video the only bad thing is that if I forget it's playing and start getting dressed for work I wake up in the afternoon with one pant leg on wondering where the heck I am LOL great job🖤🖤🖤🖤👌

Too good. For 3 nights, I listened as I fell asleep. I have a very hard time sleeping. I need at least 10 hours or its impossible for me to wake up. Listening to this I could sleep for only 6 hours and wake up feeling completely fine. Less tired than if i even had over 10. Then last night I didn't listen, I listened to something else and found myself having to sleep in until the afternoon. So that was proof enough to me that your stuff truly works wonders, i hope it continues to work for me so I can get ordinary sleep more often 🙏
I'm glad this works well for you! I too used to always have sleeping problems, and is in part why I started these sleep videos..One thing that really helped me was a sleep schedule. I'd go to bed and get up at the same time each morning, no matter how I slept. It is difficult for the first week, but after that the body falls into a natural rhythm.
Couldn’t sleep and usually wake up multiple times during the nitht, turned this on and slept for a solid 6 hours without waking up once. Love your videos.

Too good. For 3 nights, I listened as I fell asleep. I have a very hard time sleeping. I need at least 10 hours or its impossible for me to wake up. Listening to this I could sleep for only 6 hours and wake up feeling completely fine. Less tired than if i even had over 10. Then last night I didn't listen, I listened to something else and found myself having to sleep in until the afternoon. So that was proof enough to me that your stuff truly works wonders, i hope it continues to work for me so I can get ordinary sleep more often 🙏
I'm glad this works well for you! I too used to always have sleeping problems, and is in part why I started these sleep videos..One thing that really helped me was a sleep schedule. I'd go to bed and get up at the same time each morning, no matter how I slept. It is difficult for the first week, but after that the body falls into a natural rhythm.
Couldn’t sleep and usually wake up multiple times during the nitht, turned this on and slept for a solid 6 hours without waking up once. Love your videos.
