Hi there! Please, is the three inches you added at the front bodice extended to the full length of the fabric? And then, what would one use to follow the fabric? Is it the hip measurement divided by four or what? And are the darts just three or two?
@@akinyodemargaretmargaretbi1842 Hello,No it’s not extended.I added 7 inches to the hip I extended it to the full length.I said it in the video.the hip is devided by 4.it’s 3 darts
Good evening sis, thanks a lot for this tutorial so helpful. I'm making it currently, at the pocket area, is it because you used 6inches for the length of your pocket, that is why you came down with same 6 after the 1inch to sew down. Because I used 7inches for my pocket length?
If you divide your hip measurement by to to get the crotch extension for the front, then divide the back crotch extension by 20, then the front crotch extension will be longer than the back.
No it won’t affect it,that’s why I added one inch to my crotch length,it will only affect it if the crotch is fitted.you can even add two inches for this kind of jumpsuit
Ma for the back how many inches will measure before you start measuring the splits, because the front you measured 2.5 first but the back has zipper allowance
I love your choice of fabric. It brought out the style perfectly
@@susanokhimhe9135 thank you 🙏
For the front Crotch extension,Divide your hip measurement by 20,and divide the hip measurement by 10 for the Back.I mixed it up🙏
Do you mean hip 40÷10= 4 for front crotch and hip 40÷20=2 for back crotch?
@@shimisonterakaa6324 No,it’s Hip 40 divide by 20 for front,hip 40 divide by 10 for back
@@AnannochcreationI don’t understand ma
She meant her hips is 40 which she divided by 20 for the front crotch extension while for the back crotch extension she used 10.@@LovethNina

From the 6inches after the pocket, did you still use half inch allowance to close the sides?

That’s true, the hip devided by 10 is for the back and the hip devided by 20 is for the front.thanks for pointing it out
Thanks for sharing. Please i noticed there was no back rise for the butt area of the back, will this not affecting sitting down properly??
