Jesus told us to forgive only to have peaceful happy life in this world.
We have to forgive only to heal ourself. And we have to forget not to carry forward the hurt left behind.
This is proved by medically and scientifically . Because body cells works the way we think.
If we dont forgive and forget our vengeous feelings lead to internal
grouse intern negetivity starts working in atomic and molecular level. This may result into bp ,sugar,headache,migrane,hypertension, losing appetite
Ulcer,acidity,cancers etc ,etc.
So forgiving and forgetting is required to heal youreslf not to think he is benefited.or deserve forgiveness.
