I got accepted, I got a lot better support person in my last emails with Apple and he/she resolved all things in 1 click basically.
Got a Welcome email today and im officially Apple developer.

Hey, I don't mention this in the video? credit card that you can enter in settings, click your apple id, then payment, add card. apple pay did not work, revolut credit card also didn't work, revolut added in apple pay, nor credit card added in apple pay. Hopefully my video is bad for the black market :) I think some of the black market share is due to accounts getting banned for various reasons

Open app store and search for Apple Developer App. I don't recommend doing it via any browser including Safari

yeah, annoying problem. Call the apple support and explain your issue. That was the only thing that helped, they did their magic and the payment went through.

support.apple.com/en-us/106932 find your country in the list. Use this option if "phone option" doesn't show up in contact us -> membership and account
