Your videos are awesome - i super love how you go about explaining things, your honesty and super awesome sensibilities. I daydream about learning to shoot arrows myself and cuz of you maybe one day I will cuz now I have subscribed to your channel.
The first thing I learned when starting traditional archery is -------------- HAVE FUN!! Get the gang together and just have fun. After that all my target panic and bad releases just went away.
Good to see you again. I had to quit shooting for about 4 years due to shoulder issues. I got both shoulders replaced with the last on being done about a month ago. Looking forward to being able to shoot my bow again by spring. Hope to see some more of your shooting videos in the near future. I will also look to see what Jim has been up to lately. Is he still posting videos?
It is indeed true that you will get extra trad points for shooting a long bow 😆 Good for you for hitting the reset button, we all need that sometimes 🌟 Goodluck at Lancaster, see you in the next video and Goodluck with that fucking flat tire 💕
Girl you are way over thinking the process, all you have to do is pick a distance at which you are constant and confident. Make sure your form is consistent, and slowly back up as your groups improve. Watch you arrow tip location related to the aiming point on the target, and adjust with distance. If you were not so far from Wisconsin I’d get you on target in a couple of hours. Traditional archery is more about confidence and form, then everything else falls in place.
Quite often Men shoot high poundages because they're Men... Better is a lower weight you can shoot all day so your form goes into muscle memory. So think I.
Hi gal longtime no see, great video, just being yourself and your love for the sport. I'll be waiting for your next video, take care big hug. Stop judging yourself, just keep it fun, easy fun and breath, actually bow shooting is a meditative sport sort to speak.
Dropping to 30 pounds was a very smart move in your reset !! Those Striker R/D longbow limbs Jim sent you are great !! Good luck and be well !!!
The tire change was cute! I almost put archery twice already. I'm glad I did not. Keep on working! I mean have fun!

Good luck! I’m sure you’ll be on the podium
They dont call barebow/trad bows a 'strugglestick' for nothing. Enjoyed the video. Hope you're back having fun shooting after the reset.
Hello Fleanna, its good to see you on the entire net.
Longbows are so forgiving. They will not care about your panic.

You'd shoot more accurately in your hotdog costume.

Don’t be to hard on yourself…how boring it would be if traditional was easy. 😃
