Chris! You're one of the sweetest and most respectful Disney vloggers out there :). I don't usually leave comments on Disney vlogs but you're super great and my favourite Disney vlogger. I appreciate your positivity and considerateness of other cultures!
Oh My Gosh Chris - This reminds me of when you got stuck for HOURS in traffic driving in LA - Then the shower thing....Hoping for a great day at Universal....
Hey Chris ❤ just wanted to say thank you so much for the positive words at the end. My son is being bullied at school and he was feeling just down. We are handling the bullying but just the words you had to offer made him cry happy tears. Really appreciate your content and genuine personality. My son and I watched the video and he loves universal and trains so it was perfect for us.
Hi kris! For your trip back, If you can get a bullet train in the day, you can see Mt. Fuji seated on the left (i think)... and there are more delicious bento boxes (lunch boxes) sold at the station in the shops so check them out before you go to your train next time!
I love these vids, because it's average American who didn't take 4 years of Japan in high school, isn't a JET teacher, and doesn't have ton of knowledge the culture. I love seeing things with someone with fresh eyes. This is probably my favorite series of yours.
Japanese hotels do pajamas because it used to be the case that most folks using the hotels were business people who may have missed the last train, so they have everything you need if you have no luggage!
Good morning! I love the bullet train. One thing I can suggest to everyone who are taking a train. Don't be late and if you aren't able to go into your car immediately? Just get into any car. It's fully connected inside and you can walk the length easily. So jump in the first available door and find your seat afterwards.
Chris’s journey continues! I’m glad you had reserved your seat for the bullet train. I made a mistake of not doing that and had to stand by the door for 45min😂
Chris incase you want to eat on your return trip on the bullet train you can buy bento box lunches and snacks in the stations and take them on board the train. All of the people I watch who live in Japan do this on long train rides.
Wow, so amazing to see Tokyo out the train, so wonderful to just look around and take it all in. Thank you for what you do, and don’t forget to get enough rest my friend. Blessings.
Good job on the bullet train! And thanks for remembering the positive affirmations even tho you were so very tired after your long journey. We just got back from a couple days at Universal Studios Hollywood and seeing Super Mario World. Can't wait to see what shenanigans you get into tomorrow!
You're definitely sharing the reality of what travel can be sometimes. I'm very glad you didn't get hurt in the shower....I can see myself doing the exact same thing. I'm loving these videos, and hope someday to get to Japan!
After seeing a number of Japanese vlogs on the train there, hearing that a bullet train is delayed is usually major news. And thanks for a laugh. Hearing that you had shower problems was great.
Hi Chris / Provost Park Pass, regarding the foot stand. The inside part is for when you take your shoes off. Where as the folded position is for when your shoes are on!
Thank you for helping me to make plans for my travel. I was on the fence because of the language barrier but you have shown me quite a bit of fun on this trip! You rock, Sir Provost! We are thankful for you.
This was the most relaxing video. Today's been a crazy day but your soothing voice and the sound of the train relaxed me before I even realized it was happening.
Chris, you are a trooper. You're still throwing out jokes regardless of being physically drained. I do hope you enjoy the rest of your stay. Try to find yourself a private Onsen (Hot Springs house) to get relaxed.
I’m enjoying your trip to Japan. Don’t think I could go this trip alone. I’m a subscriber and always like the vlogs. Haven’t commented until now. You are doing a great job and I feel I’m with you.
Wow Chris! You are checking off SO many questions we've had about traveling in Tokyo. Thank you so much for sharing. This is just fabulous! (😴happy dreams!)
OH MY! I was so tired on your behalf watching your travels and delays. My back was even beginning to hurt! Love you still have Dad jokes! Can't wait for tomorrow's video!! Thanks for taking us along. YOU are awesome! Love your shoes, such a great color!
Chris you are doing wonderful even with all the little hiccups. Thank you for showing us the train trip, we’re planning on going to Japan next yr and for sure this will help us plan much better. Continue to enjoy the trip!
I am glad you showed the train signs as I would have probably panicked not seeing the English and not realised it changes, so it’s good to know in advance. I am super excited about going in October
I'm a train buff. My 1st love is steam, but Bullet, French TGV, ICE are my bucket list to ride. The TGV holds fastest land record. Train travel is a lot of fun! Even w/ delay, you still have A/C unlike in a plane. Thanks for the ride Chris!
Wow, Chris! That was a tough ride! You looked soooooo exhausted during the later half of the video. I felt so bad for you that i just wanted to give you a hug, lol! You looked like you could have used one! Thanks for the amazing videos! We are enjoying the tour of Japan!
I just came home to Missouri from Osaka. Universal was great! Make sure you get your virtual time to get into Super Mario World. I speak Japanese but it was still hard to understand what goes where etc. I hope you enjoy your trip! Weather will be nice. You are one of my favorites on YT!
Thank you for taking us with you on this adventure! I loved being on this trip with you so far. You're helping me plan for a trip to Japan with these videos. And thank you for always giving us messages of care, even when you're dead tired. You are awesome!
Man I'm so sorry that delay happened. If it was a person-car collision it was likely intentional, which is all the more sad. The rest of your trip has looked like an absolute joy. I absolutely love Japan, and it's been very entertaining watching you discover my favorite places.
Christhe shower story had me😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 thank you! Sorry it was such a cold learning curve, but now we all know and won't have that cold awakening. Thank you! Also the affirmations are so helpful. Thank you!
I love your personality Chris! Thank you for these videos; they’ve been immensely helpful to my fiancé and me as we plan the Japan portion of our honeymoon! 🎉
Ohhh i been waiting for this vid, I loved getting the Nozomi to osaka!. My biggest surjestion is to travel in the day so you can see Mt. Fuji. If you can Never buy food from the trolly, Always by from the station and take it on the train. It will be cheaper and even better. Fun fact Most train seats are pre selected so most people will make sure not to sit next to people. Sadly about the train delay it happens very rarely. BUT if the delay is 2 hours or more you can get your ticket cost refunded. So talk to someone at shin osaka for that. BUT CHRIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OSAKA GO TO DOTONBORI STREET!!!! you will never regret it.
Chris- Thank you so much & bless you for the incredible message you gave near the end of this video; you are uplifting viewers (with Truth)…and that, my friend, is a high calling. Also, I am so glad your survived the shower floor and shower water shock. Love your videos, Mate! -ReedyCreek Jeemer, in Central Florida
I just wanted to say thank you for your words of affirmation at the end. I've been watching your videos for a bit, just because they are really nice on my second monitor while I'm doing other things. Today I had a really bad day, your words struck a cord and I spent a good few minutes crying at the words I really needed to hear, even if they were just coming from a stranger on the internet. I just wanted to say thanks.
I miss the moments of firing up the HyperDia app on my phone in Japan and getting those sweet train taking directions from anywhere to anywhere... And that super sweet Shinkansen, love taking that!
My wife and I are in Japan for our honeymoon.. We were in Tokyo when that train/person collision happened. I think we were coming back from Asakusa and saw notices that there was a delay because of "person on tracks". Happened on the same day the PM was also attacked.
I just want you to know that You are amazing! No matter what you go through you always try to make the best of everything! God bless you! I look forward to more of your videos and Japan adventures .
Thank you for documenting your trip on the bullet train! It is one of my favorite ways to travel of all time! And I’m so sorry that you had a cold start to your day! That’s one way to wake up, I guess! Looking forward to your video enjoying Universal Studios and Osaka!
Again, I would love to see some of your inspirational talks in either a compilation or maybe a series if TH-cam shorts. Provost Park Pass Positivity Portions?
yeah delays of that nature are amazingly rare, i just really hope it wasn't a tresspasser that got hit by a train, that will be devastating to the crew of the train ahead.
🤗I’m so glad you are ok after almost falling in the hotel shower! I bet that cold water really woke you up lol😳 Thanks again for sharing your experiences! Can’t wait to see the next video!!❤️
YOU are amazing and awesome, Chris! Thanks for another great video. We did the Tokyo to Osaka bullet train ride in 2018 and we got stalled as well, but it was due to weather (thunder storm). We ended up stuck 3 stops away from Osaka for 3 hours. But, we enjoyed every second on the bullet train. It’s very cozy in there! That hotel looks so comfortable. PJs and toiletries in Japanese hotels are standard. ❤ Looking forward to the Universal Studios Japan vlogs!
Hi Chris! firstly love your videos. Secondly I just had my first trip to Disneyland, California with my 5 year old daughter from Canada. I watched your videos for about 6 months prior to arriving on April 11th. Your tips and tricks, especially regarding Genie plus made our trip incredibly pleasant with the least lines and waits possible. Even with the large crowds we barely waited in line at all. I hope you are enjoying Japan, amazing country to visit. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your adventure. When things like this happen to me in Japan I always embrace it and say, "It's alright. I'm still in Japan." I have gotten lost many times in Japan and I always manage to find great little out-of-the-way stores and restaurants and cool stuff. I know it's different when you're stuck on a train but you were able to turn it into content and a release another great video. Thank you. BTW: You probably already know it but on your trip back to Tokyo, be sure to sit on the left side of the train to get a goo view of Mt. Fuji.
I so enjoy watching your vids. Not sure I will ever make it to Japan, but it feels like I’m getting a great tour thanks to you. God bless you and your family!!
Chris! You're one of the sweetest and most respectful Disney vloggers out there :). I don't usually leave comments on Disney vlogs but you're super great and my favourite Disney vlogger. I appreciate your positivity and considerateness of other cultures!
Thank you so much. 💚💙💚💙
Oh My Gosh Chris - This reminds me of when you got stuck for HOURS in traffic driving in LA - Then the shower thing....Hoping for a great day at Universal....
The songs at the end are my favorite thing. They make me smile soo much!
Hey Chris ❤ just wanted to say thank you so much for the positive words at the end. My son is being bullied at school and he was feeling just down. Tell your son “He is amazing and Provost Park Pass loves him”
I am so sorry your son is being bullied. He is loved by a grandma in California!❤

This is probably my favorite series of yours.
I'm loving following your adventure. I felt like I was watching Mr. Rogers Neighborhood with this episode!
“Work hard, be nice”. Words you must certainly live by! Love seeing all about Japan, thank you!
Japanese hotels do pajamas because it used to be the case that most folks using the hotels were business people who may have missed the last train, so they have everything you need if you have no luggage!
Whoa!! Thanks for sharing. 💚💙
Love your wide-eyed wonder about riding the bullet train and the adventurous bento box eating!! Thank you for sharing your trip
Cord bites for cables is designed to prevent the usual shredding/breaking of the cable in the area the cord bite covers
You're amazing for including the tour after all of that!!!
Loved riding the Shinkansen . 😊My daughter works in Morioka and I got to ride bullet train and it was awesome.
I love Chris's childlike nature!
Accidental ASMR as you talked quietly on the train. Very pleasant. Thanks for sharing the ride.

Golden Week. The pain is real! 😂

Haha, I literally laughed out loud on the Shower story! I've done the exact same thing! A literal 'Rude Awakening' Loved this video Chris!
That shower story is so funny.. lol ... well glad you are ok
SO COOL, absolutely love Japan 🇯🇵 ❤️. YOU are amazing too!!! Love the vlogs you and the Mrs.'s put out 🙌🏼
You're definitely sharing the reality of what travel can be sometimes.
Sorry about the shower 🚿 glad you didn't fall.
I loved everything about this. You are so genuine.
Finally... A creator that is relatable!

The train joke was funny. Should be fun in Universal tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing your experience on the bullet train! Excited to see the Universal Studios vlog 🤩
This was the most relaxing video. Today's been a crazy day but your soothing voice and the sound of the train relaxed me before I even realized it was happening.
The cord bite prevents your cord from fraying, so it’s cute and useful.
Thank you Chris for sharing your experience!!!!
OMG!!LOL! Your the best!! You are so brave.
Loved “being” on this trip with you. You may have felt alone sometimes, but you weren’t 😊
Chris, you are a trooper. You're still throwing out jokes regardless of being physically drained. I do hope you enjoy the rest of your stay. Try to find yourself a private Onsen (Hot Springs house) to get relaxed.

Chris you are doing wonderful even with all the little hiccups. Thank you for showing us the train trip, we’re planning on going to Japan next yr and for sure this will help us plan much better. Continue to enjoy the trip!

the delay looks like it was better than the delay on the flight line in the plane with very little air. Seems like a cool experience minus the delays.
I am loving these travel vlogs through Japan.
I really enjoy following your trip! It has been a long week and it’s relaxing to sit and watch your Japan adventure!
I think you are amazing Chris!!
Right back at ya. 💚💙
i love the cord bite! How stinking cute!

We took the bullet train to Osaka too in 2018 but didn’t get the ride the super fast Nozomi because we used our JR pass. Thanks for taking us along!
Wow what a looooong day! Take care of yourself! Have fun! 😊
I miss the moments of firing up the HyperDia app on my phone in Japan and getting those sweet train taking directions from anywhere to anywhere... And that super sweet Shinkansen, love taking that!
Oh, so sad about the collision 😢
I laughed a little bit about your unfortunate morning 😂

Thank you joy at the end of the week
You’re in my hometown! Wish I was there to show you around❤ Hope you’re having the most amazing time
That is so rare for the train to be delayed. The one and only time we were in Japan our train was delayed 2 and 1/2 hours due to a really bad storm.
I just want you to know that You are amazing! No matter what you go through you always try to make the best of everything! God bless you!
I look forward to more of your videos and Japan adventures .
Amazing Chris thank you 🙏 mind blown

無理しないで。please don’t push yourself too hard!
I want to ride that someday. But the delay is one of those things we don’t plan on. You handled things so well. 😅
Love the shower story!
