If Namjoon is the leader, Hoseok is the clean up party (disposes of bodies) and Jin is Namjoon's right hand man and shield, then Yoongi is the hitman. Before he met Namjoon, he was on his way to becoming an amazing pianist but after suffering an injury to his hand/hands (or it could be anxiety), he could no longer chase that dream (hence the shaking). He fell into a slump - drinking and stumbling around drunk, even attempting to end his own life but after meeting Namjoon, someone saved him (I know its originally jungkook in the MV but in this story, I feel like it was Jimin). Not long after, yoonmin had an encounter with the rival gang (SuperM) and yoongi tells them "I'll forgive you" for barging in and trying to take our their target, Jimin (when really, Yoongi is already planning how to kill them for even trying to lay a hand on Jimin). Up until this point Yoongi hadn't exactly committed himself to the gang fully yet, but knew he had to because the rival gang knew his face and because he protected Jimin. He was as much a target to them as Jimin now. And after witnessing the danger Jimin was constantly in, he wanted to be as close to him as possible to protect him. So he officially joined the gang and started his work - bugging areas and robberies, murder and infiltrations. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do when Namjoon asked. And it was largely because he believed his work was protecting Jimin, and another being that his hands would stop shaking when commencing a job. He was calm, precise, and fully in control. His love for Jimin and this anomaly is what made him extremely loyal to the gang. Just my little interpretation.

Then they meet Namjoon and join his mafia (I still don't understand the part where the SuperM mafia comes in) the role Yoongi plays in the mafia is pyromaniac and helps with the explosives. that's what i understand from the video, i'm not sure if i'm correct, but i think i saw well
