I struggled to figure out a hairstyle for her. You did an awesome one! Mine is super simple. I wasn't excited about that heart gimmick. It was kinda cute. I was not a fan of her shoes either! My kiddo picked her out for me because of her clothes. You did a phenomenal makeover on her. I LOVE ❤ it.

Another fabulous transformation. She looks beautiful in all of her looks and her new hairstyle. On the fence on purchasing her although she's very cheap now on Amazon and I do love the outfit. Seems that once the horrible stamps are washed out of her hair and her outfit is changed she becomes more of a pretty doll with long hair and not an extra. Wish they would amp up the make up more on the doll like we see in the art work especially if they are going to give us similar looking faces #6 #8 #3 all of which I have. I can try customizing the make up that would be a fun project actually, I've never done it. Thank you.

I am glad that your Extra turned out. Mine had HORRIBLE frizzy hair, that track of heart hair was so stiff and the micro braid made no sense and lots of fall out when I brushed it with a BARBIE brush. I did wash mine and the hearts are still faint. The hairstyle is just not the tea sis. I completely boil washed her and did a Juliet twist around her head with a crafted flower crown and kept her outfit since she gave me hippy vibes. Best from the US!
I love the clothes on the Barbie extra dolls although a couple of the outfits remind me of lol omg dolls.. still a fan though I appreciate that the Barbie extra dolls have articulation in the arms and legs

Omg I had almost forgotten about hollwood hair barbie, was trying to figure out why the extra doll with hearts in her hair seemed familiar. I had the hollywood barbie variant with the gold & white outfit. I loved her, she was one of my favorite dolls from my childhood.
On the the new wave, she is my ultimate fave! I think the other dolls (11 and 13) pales in comparison on how EXTRA she is minus those shoes but she definitely my fave out of the new ones.

I actually took some acetone and removed the hearts on mine, haha. Unfortunately, the acetone spots are now very slightly lighter than the rest of the hair. 😬
How did you get her earrings out?? I have a barbie extra fancy doll, I can't seem to get her earrings out, they are hoops so it's hard to pull them out because I don't wanna break them or tear the hole in the ears
really heat up the head so it becomes soft enough to pull the earrings out. You really gotta pull through 😅🙈 they weren’t the easiest to get out indeed

You can! but ofcourse be careful and you might want to use a lot of conditioner to tame the tinsel! otherwise it will curl up and go crazy! 😅

How did you get her earrings out?? I have a barbie extra fancy doll, I can't seem to get her earrings out, they are hoops so it's hard to pull them out because I don't wanna break them or tear the hole in the ears
really heat up the head so it becomes soft enough to pull the earrings out. You really gotta pull through 😅🙈 they weren’t the easiest to get out indeed
Can the hearts be removed? Maybe by multiple boil washes?
