I travelled 37.7 kilometers from Dasmarinas, Cavite to Shaw Boulevard via Service Road (no toll fee) to find out the average kilometers per liter of this new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8L Hybrid G variant. This car is coding exempt as of 2024.

I dont think paying for 150k upwards makes sense for a 10 to 15 year old car just to keep it running. Its already old by that time.
Thats my inhibition w hybrid cars, its almost impossible to re sell it after 10 or so years.. unless u shell out lots of money to make it sellable again..
Toyota hybrid car owners sa US report na even for 10yrs+ cars, nag wwork p din ang stock battery. And for sure in the coming years as hybrid and EV cars enter the market, mas magiging affordable na ang hybrid battery.

@@PilipinasKongMahal021 Tama, sa future mas magiging mura na yung potential replacement battery, kahit aabot naman ng matagal tagal yung stock battery. compared to before baka nagsisi mga bumili ng toyota prius dati kasi grabe biilis ng pag change ng tech sa hybrid / ev ngayon lol
