That depends on your use case: is the user the one to decide to add the watermark or the watermark is added depending on some business rules? For the first one, I'd use PDF Toolkit. For the second one, I'd use a T-Engine

@@itadmin5894 It looks like something is wrong with the embed-metadata-action, that may be the cause of the missing OCR action. You can deploy github.com/aborroy/alf-tengine-ocr locally as an standard Spring Boot app, but then you need to install also ocrmypdf locally.

Hi, I have tried running this module with Alfresco Community 7.2 but it seems that embed metadata action is not in my actions list in the rules. I see you told it on the GitHub repo to install embed-metadata-action but I couldn't get it can you elaborate on it? Thanks

Yes, it's a regular JAR file to be deployed in alfresco/WEB-INF/lib folder
