Step 3 is SO unclear.
You roll it ontop and then roll it the other way ? ? Or did you just skip it and turn the towel around free you made that three inch fold ?

Try creating a 3in fold on top and then refold it or tuck it underneath-so the 3in fold you created is now under the towel. Hope that helps! :)
