You had me up until the pleats. Why didn't you show it using the actual material instead of paper? Sure, show us how you made the pattern but then why not pin it on the material, cut it out & then sew it? It's easier to understand by watching you actually make one.

Using the fabric to explain the pleats would have been very confusing to understand because the fabric is patterned so it would have been difficult to see what I was explaining. Tried it but had to take it off the video. So using the paper was the best way.
