Great video, i had been told at end of 2022 my mounts were beginning to tear but guy said it was not urgent and could hold off on these a bit longer. I asked for a quote and it was around $1350, each mount was in the $200’s and rest labor. A month ago i called again because i just wanted this out of the way since Im driving 1200 miles in a few weeks. The guy said it was $2000, i asked how much are the parts and now HE said it was $800 for the mounts (both). I laughed and said no way and got off the phone. Looked online mopar parts and found them for $91.81 total with shipping was $202.98. Ive done alot of work lately on it since warranty wont cover so these cost were building up yet I refuse to pay that if im capable of doing it and have the tools. I will definitely be doing these this weekend. Thanks for the video.
I really appreciate you sharing this information. I had no idea what the shops were charging. This definitely helps people decide whether they want to tackle the task themselves. I would consider the mounts to be pretty simple except for dealing with limited space at times. Thanks again.

SMH Chrysler 300s 2015 2021 dealer quoted $1100 2024 mechanic quoted $1200 Yeah I waited 3 yrs and it cause my cold air filter to adjust and pop off & drive belt broke.
The sound for sure , these hydraulic mounts sound horrible when they go bad. I have an Rt currently I will most likely be making a video on the mounts. They are different somewhat. Thanks for watching.

We were quoted $600 to $720 just for the passenger side . Thank you and I’ll be doing my own .

In My 2020 chargers rt 5.7 one engine mount is leaking so I will be replacing both, my car has 57k miles, is that too premature?
They can go at anytime , age and deterioration of the rubber. Once it leaks , it is no good. Thanks for watching.

What caused all that? The engine mount job? Why?
Will this cause my ScatPack to have a shimmy/shake and metallic sound at idle?
