If i'm not wrong, place called 'Dromo' is actually a tri-junction of two countries. Sikkim n bhutan.

Exactly. It's in chumbi valley. Tibetan called it Dromo whereas people of Bhutan and sikkim call Gyumo.

Rinchenghang is located some 14 km from Nathula (sikkim border) and behind it is chomo lhari (Bhutan border)
