If you haven’t already went to the stone bones cave in Honest Hearts, you should because it’s stronger than the NCR Veteran Ranger armor and isn’t faction affiliated but then again you have the riot gear in Lonesome Road so I don’t know.
I found it but unlike most people If I find a cool fit that does absolutely nothing to the armor stat I'll wear it more then armor that'll make me a god, But thx for the suggestion always appreciate
