The two share the same audience in Japan, and this collaboration is something that their fans wanted. Theirs isn't a business rivalry, but a good business partnership.

There's a reason why a lot of the ex-Niji talents like Matara, Michi, Mint, Doki, Kuro, etc., are as popular, if not more so, now as they were back in the company, because viewers want to be able to follow and watch these talents without the thought of giving Anycolor any views or money. Also, the Niji JP side still has a much better rep than the Niji EN side.
