- The tour of Punjabi singer and rapper Shubhneet Singh, popularly known by his stage name ‘Shubh’, was cancelled, days after he made headlines for his alleged support for Khalistan and separatists.
The famous Punjabi singer and rapper shared a distorted map of India on Instagram in March, amid the police crackdown against self-proclaimed Sikh preacher Amritpal Singh and his associates.

When Atif Aslam and the great Indian laughter challenge show cancelled the Pakistanis artist it was just after the 26/11 attack during Congress rule. And remember when SRK gave work to a Pakistani actress Mahira in Raees (2017) that actress spit poisonous dialogue against India after she reached Pakistan. So trust issues are still there.

It is not a mistake for sure. A few of my Sikh frnds support khalistan and idolise bhindrawale. Shubh is just like them. A significant number of Sikhs want a separate nation, that's the reality.

It's sad to see you both join the crowd only to avoid trolling... But Sikhs are known to voice the truth fearlessly so that's what I'll do. Please note a few things:
1. The story was 6 months old -- why the sudden outrage as soon as the elections in 5 states are around the corner? Since the last 6 months everyone was still listening to his songs and enjoying. Hypocrites.
2. He simply shared the artwork of an independent artist who was talking about how the current Government is biased towards a certain community. It was meant to callout a party.. not the country.
3. Sikhs have given the most number of sacrifices for India & we don't need a certificate of patriotism from any chhapri in his couch having an internet connection. Recently when the Chinese tried to invade India, the gabrus of the Sikh regiment scared them off.
At least have the decency of saying the truth and respecting the people who protect you. India kisi ke baap ka nahi hai. Jitna tumhara hai, utna humara hai.
