Ingredients:
Base chutney:
Grated coconut
3 Green chilli
2 Dry red chillies
1 tsp of roasted grams
4-5 Lavang
Daal chini 1 inch
Black pepper some
8- 10 Garlic cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
1 spoon kasuri methi
Cardamom 4
1 star Phool
Some Curry leaves
For kulcha dough:
2 cups of wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar powder
1 small spoon baking powder
1/4 spoon baking soda
2 poons of milk powder
1 tsp oil
1 small cup of curd
Water to knead the dough
White peas chola:
In a pan oil 2 tbsp
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp of cumin seeds
Curry leaves
1 Onion
1 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 spoon of coriander powder
1 spoon of red chilli powder
1/2 spoon of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Hing
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
