Having played the demo a bit, I think some accessibility settings like a brightness slider & the ability to remap the controls (c for crouch makes my hands cramp, im a shift or ctrl croucher) are the only thing missing. Otherwise, I'm super excited for the full game!!
The thumbnail made me think this would be just another mascot horror game, but the way the lighting is used seems like it could put this game significantly above the bar.
