Actually both skins are Unique not necessarily better than each other but definitely worth their prices. However my personal choice is Annual Starlight because it's cheaper and a sure buy where's in aspirants it'll need more diamonds with less surity.

Well, her first skill's skin effects when used are only visible to the player who is using Lesley, but the enemy can't see the skin effects but only sees the camouflage state.
With lower price annual sl is better. Its seem elegant but natural. Now we know why moneyton doesnt add it yet to the SL Shop. But we can always expect more flashy effect from aspirant.

The fact that you can get annual starlight for just 20+ dias though.. If you have been saving up those starlight points, up to 5000, you can get Lesley, Kagura's annual for just 20+ dias cuz of the starlight card draw.. if you're lucky.
20+ diamonds to get SL is so rare though and might be far from reality as you need to earn SL a couple of times to achieve 5k fragments. I use the Starlight Card Draw 50 times every month and now on my 3rd month of starlight and now bought the annual lesley skin.

Having played with both skins on, I prefer starlight. It feels lighter and quick Maybe I need more time with the Aspirant but during game and clash I barely see the effects compared to SL
Aspirants effects is too flashy to the eyes I still like her Annual Starlight skin tho I want to get both 😢 but they give me chan’ge aspirant skin instead of her 😤😤😤
istg her wings camouflaging her on skill 1 will always be iconic its the selling point for me
