Darius is a hard pick for beginners (I'm a Darius main), the bleeding stacks, landing the Q, using Flash perfectly, Economizing mana you should learn all these to play darius properly.
If you're new start with Garen, a lot easier to pick up in a lane that's very unforgiving if you aren't aware of the match up or are struggling using your own abilities to the fullest potential (specifically utilizing Darius' range properly for optimal Q's and max range pulls)
I mean, i understand that this is a valid winning strategy and you won the game with it, maybe it even was the only way of winning this game when everyone is losing, but i really dont like the way you think about your teammates. You took so much farm from your jungler and you didnt even think about the possibilities you had by communicating with them. yuumi can buy antiheal too btw, so you could get force of nature for more movement speed. i mean, you noticed yourselfe that morgana and galio deal good damage. but maybe thats just the way league players think and im too stuck in reallife and being nice to others ^^

Stop using alacry an attack speed rune stats they don't work on garens e so getting more and and tenacity or lifesteal is better
