TO those who don't understand the song, it's about someone's wedding being the best day of their life. The groom is nervous but excited to see the bride. Pasilyo means "aisle" and it's talking about the center aisle of the church. My favourite stanza at 2:03 goes something like : "You walked slowly down the aisle, you held me and I couldn't help but cry" Well that's not a word by word translation, but that's what it generally meant.
Also, "ikaw at ikaw" means "You and only you" which makes the song even sweeter :)
