Ok I tried these today. The stuffing( curry) tasted amazing- Just like bakery!! I didn’t make the sheets from scratch like in video as I don’t think they are worth the effort for the four puffs I am making for my small family. Music was little distracting and loud but other than that everything else like measurements(for stuffing), instructions were on point. Thank you so much for the recipe. 🙃

You can milk brush your patties for the perfect golden color. Sugar in the dough also helps to reach the perfect golden color. And don't cook too much aloo ka masala while tadka lets it keep little kachha. So that it will cook remaining in the oven
Quantity of cold water to be added - is it really half cup for 1 cup flour. Maybe it should be quarter cup, considering we have used 30 ml butter also.

Exactly, before it was overfilled and then after the jump cut there is less filling and the dough looks whiter. The eggwashed yellow colour disappeared as well.
